What is the return policy for DELIGHTMENT products?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@delightment.org.

 

How long does shipping take for DELIGHTMENT products?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and shipped within 24-72 hours. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way. A flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies to orders under $50, while orders of $50 and above qualify for free shipping.

Does DELIGHTMENT offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to a variety of countries, including United states, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and many others. Please check our shipping policy for a complete list of countries we ship to.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly to ensure 100 % refund. 

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items and gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
